Sharon recently joined the ASU Print & Imaging Lab staff as a Customer Service Representative. Her role is to escort customers through the printing process. She helps customers define their print needs and works collaboratively with the customer and the print production staff to transform ideas into a quality print product. Throughout this process, Sharon's goal is to create an exceptional customer experience.
Before joining the ASU Print & Imaging Lab team, Sharon worked for thirteen years in the healthcare industry in both management and information technology roles. As Director of Physician Practices, she was responsible for the business management and operational oversight of a large multi-specialty medical group. She then joined the healthcare system's IT team and focused on selecting, configuring, and deploying new information systems. She is passionate about best practices, process improvement, and customer loyalty.
Always seeking new challenges, Sharon decided to pursue her interest in information technology and enrolled as a student in ASU's Graphic Information Technology program. One reason she selected this program is because of the hands-on learning opportunities available to GIT students within the ASU Print & Imaging Lab. Needless to say, she is delighted to be part of this educational experience!
