Welcome to the Department of Technology Management

The Department of Technology Management offers degrees that have a successful balance of technical and management courses to prepare graduates for employment in a broad spectrum of professional careers.

The department is composed of six different technical programs, all focused on the applied use and management of technology to enhance productivity, quality and profitability, while maintaining or improving the environment and cultivating personnel to meet the changing labor force.

• Environmental Technology Management (ETM), which offers bachelor's, master's and distance learning programs.
  
  
• Fire Service Management (FSM), which offers bachelor of applied science and master's degree options.
  
  
• Global Technology and Development (GTD), which is a concentration within the Master of Science in Technology degree program.
  
  
• Graphic Information Technology (GIT), which offers bachelor's and bachelor of applied science degrees, as well as a master's degree program in traditional and online settings.
  
  
• Law Enforcement Management (LEM), which is a bachelor of applied science option.
  
  
• Operations Management Technology (OMT),which offers bachelor's, bachelor of applied science and master's degree options.
  

Each technical program offers degrees with faculty that have industrial experience and curriculum outcomes that have been validated by advisory boards from business and industry. These programs have national and international reputations, and are not duplicated in the state or region.
